Birthday Gift

At my 'Happy Birthday Brunch - Creating Room for Conception' I got the best Birthday Present ever. My lovely friends Pim, Bianca and Arielle came with 32 plates and Gypsy Music. They were giving me the opportunity to express emotions and letting go off everything i want to leave behind (denials, judgements and other kind of crappy shit) by smashing the plates.
First there was hesitation, than I had to warm up, but after 5 plates I was involved in a way that ratio was gone and emotions were moving with a lot of expression as you can see. What a relief! I was out of breath after wards.
Vocal expression was off course part of it.
Let's build the Bosom House! I want more!!!! and my friends present where very inspired as well!

Creating Room for Conception Performance

When starting something good, you don't have to announce it. You just start it.
Last Thursday I had my first "Planet of Escapes Creating Room for Conception Performance".

Planet of Escapes created room to host my lovely friend and graphic designer Arielle Fenton as a Cook for a 5 course dinner in my amazingly tiny kitchen and invited my colleagues in my living room in my house with my dishes, the way i like to do it. Keeping the motto "go with the flow" in my mind, I arranged a most personal dinner to get things personal. It was a great success: food was delicious and creative, atmosphere was enthusiastic, cozy and very social.

While having a nice red wine at the lovely Piadina Bar in Zürich, my good old friend Wink Witholt introduced me to Tanja Kalt. Tanja is hosting Artachment at Basel. When I explained the Bosom House to her she told me the following story:
Once she found herself having so much rage and fire in her belly, she went to an operasinger and ask her to help her give expression to her rage and anger. There was a big European map hanging on the wall. Tanja had to address the several countries on the worldmap by screaming their names from a distance: "SPAIN!!! ITALY!!!"
The Bosom House will definitely get a big map on one of the walls.

Thanks to Arielle I now have a great name for one of the projects I will host at Planet of Escapes:

Logo Preparations

Just came home from dinner with my lovely friend Arielle Fenton, a graphic designer from New York. It was besides good friend talk, an amazing even-leveled brainstorm session. She is going to help me with the logo for Planet of Escapes and she asked some very into-the-materie-questions about the planet, which helps for concreteness. Thanks a lot, Arielle!
